Orders: An order is not binding upon Caddytek Australia until it is accepted & approved by Caddytek Australia; Caddytek Australia must receive payment before it will accept, approve & process an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment & back orders (pre-order).

We deliver products Australia wide by using StarTrack. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout except free shipping stated on the items.

If it's available in CaddyTek stock. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-8 business days depending on your location within Australia.

To be eligible for a refund, return or warranty claim, consumers must meet the following requirements:

(1) 12-Month Warranty for Golf Buggies, 3-Month Warranty for Accessories
CaddyTek Pty Ltd warrants its products to be free of defects and workmanship for one year. Within our product life cycle, CADDYTEK will repair or replace the products or parts of the product that are determined to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Our customer service team also will provide you the solution at any time.

The warranty period begins from the date of the original purchase tax invoice and it then lasts for 3 months or 12 months.

This Warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by normal wear and tear*, misuse, incorrect installation or operation, failure to clean and maintain, acts of God, exposure to heat, corrosion, use of non-authorised or defective parts, or to items that have been repaired other than by CaddyTek or a repairer approved by CaddyTek.

*Normal wear and tear of the products are not considered manufacturer's defect. (e.g. tyres, rubber handlebar, elastic straps / Velcro straps, mesh net, cooler bag, zipper, paintwork, beverage holder, mobile phone holder / mount, umbrella holder, brake, axles threads etc.)

(2) Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, simply if you have changed your mind, errors you made in your order, found it cheaper somewhere else, have bought a gift that is unsuitable, purchased it for testing purpose, or the circumstances have changed and you no longer require the goods, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

We may however, at our sole discretion, allow a return for refund or exchange product on a case-by-case basis. Once your return request is approved, you will be required to meet the following terms and conditions:

• Returned within 14 days of order.
• Item must be received back in brand new, unused, resalable condition, properly sealed in its original packaging. Items bearing any signs of use, worn (with original tags and/or packaging) or damage will not qualify for a refund or exchange, and will be returned to the customer only upon payment of the appropriate postage.
• Buyer is responsible for the return postage.
• 20% re-stock fee will apply.
• The original shipping charge will not be refundable.
• Any refund will be given to the customer via the same payment method the customer used to make the original payment.

For most of the problems, it is not necessary to return the whole buggy. If you do find a fault with a piece of hardware that is under warranty you should Contact our Support Team by selection of "Others" first so we can attempt to troubleshoot the problem. If the support team is unable to resolve the problem via email, over the phone or by sending the spare parts we will ask you to send the item back to our Sydney office for testing and repair. You will need to cover any costs in getting the item back to our office and once repaired/tested/replaced we will cover and costs to get the item back to you.

We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Caddytek uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Caddytek only last while you' re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Caddytek Australia and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales or as defined by the Australian Consumer Law, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. The Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, and equity or otherwise, against Caddytek Australia that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

Severability

If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable law.

Waiver

The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the Caddytek Australia's invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Caddytek Australia and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Caddytek Australia and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.

Limitation of Liability

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Caddytek Australia MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Caddytek Australia SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNIFY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. Caddytek Australia SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT CaddyTek Australia IS APPRIASED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
